OVERVIEW
The Foundation for Achievement and Change (FFAAC) originated from a group of concerned individuals who were deeply troubled by the difficult circumstances faced by various segments of the population in India, including farmers, senior citizens, underprivileged children, unemployed youth, women, and unorganized workers. Their shared concern led to the establishment of FFAAC as a public welfare organization. The organization's core focus areas include:

Our History
Initially registered under the Society Act in 2011, FFAAC underwent a restructuring process in 2016, adopting new by-laws, a Memorandum of Association, and a fresh management team. The organization's scope expanded to encompass all of India, and its goals were redefined with a new Vision, Mission, and Objectives.
FFAAC's initial activities included hosting a seminar on Social Security in India, with a specific focus on Provident Fund and Employees' State Insurance, held in Gurgaon. The seminar aimed to explore the needs and limitations of social security within the Indian context, educate participants about the important aspects and benefits of Provident Fund and Employees' State Insurance, increase awareness of the regulations related to compliance with relevant Acts, and provide insight into mechanisms for resolving non-compliance issues.
In addition to these primary focus areas, FFAAC is also engaged in various projects related to the needs of industries and organizations. These projects encompass activities such as organizing seminars, conferences, and dialogues on issues of national importance, offering training and development programs, assisting in the turnaround of industries and organizations, providing outsourcing of manpower, delivering staffing solutions, and offering other HR services as per the requirements of different organizations.
